Vidhyalaya Yoga offers the opportunity for students to come and increase their training level and immerse themselves into their practice with 100 Hour Yoga Training Course. This short term course offers everything teacher training courses offer, but is ideal for those who are limited for time, are focused primarily on deepening their practice without necessarily the aiming to teach, or for those who wish to add additional hours onto their preexisting teaching certification. Our 100 Hour Yoga Training Course includes the study and practice of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Meditation and Alignment and Adjustment Workshop. Our Yoga Training course will lifts up your spirit and your mind with the knowledge and experience of Yoga. This course will prepare you with all the tools and confidence you need to become a Yoga teacher and will accelerate your personal Yoga journey.
Our aim to create more awareness and understanding in Yoga lifestyle. It is our belief that you will stay motivated after following our TTC in India, whether it is to become an aspiring Yoga teacher or to develop yourself on a personal level.
Our 100 Hour Training course is open to all levels of yogis, especially for complete beginners. Regardless of the level of your practice, the course will teach you the fundamentals of Yoga and help you to develop a strong foundation upon which to build your teaching and practice. This course is also a great opportunity for those who wish to complete the 200 hour training course, but do not have the time or feel ready to complete the entire 200 hour training course in one session. Students have the option to return for another 100 hours whenever is convenient for them to complete the 200 hour teacher training certification. Please note that upon completing the 100 hour program you will receive a certificate indicating the completion of the 100 hour Yoga training course. 100 hours of Yoga training does not make the grade you to teach. However, if you are using the 100 hours course to further your training studies, the additional 100 hours can be added to your preexisting teaching certificate.

- Observation and feedback on your personal practice by teachers everyday immediately after the asana class
- Method, principle, sequencing, adjusting, benefits and cautions of Yoga postures.
- Teaching practicum
- Learning to teach yoga classes for beginners,
- Pranayama (breathing techniques), Bandhas (Yogic locked) and Yogic Shatkarmas / Kriyaa (cleansing techniques).
- Introduction of chakras, nadis & Mudras
- Mantra chanting and meditation
- Yoga philosophy (eight Limbs of Ashtanga-yoga) with Patanjali Yoga Sutra
