Vidhyalayayaga’s 200Hr YTTC(21 days) is a comprehensive course qualifies you to teach Yoga world wide as a profession, deepening your personal practice and self discipline and to be a part of the global community which is growing each and every day . This intense life transformative course mainly focuses on the practical application of the Main paths of Yoga – Bhakthi Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Raja Yoga.
Includes five major parts teaching of Techniques and Practice, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy and Physiology, Practicum Teaching and last but not least Yoga Philosophy/Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers. This course also includes the basics of ayurvedha and its benefits along with yogic/Sattvic diet.
Techniques and practice : Includes training of Asanas, kriyas, chanting, pranayamas,meditation mantra.
Teaching Methodology : Comprises of principles of demonstration, observation, assisting or correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, and the student’s process of learning and business aspects of teaching Yoga.
Anatomy and Physiology : This covers Anatomy/Physiology/Biomechanics of Yoga including Exercise and Fitness Knowledge Components of Physical Fitness, Energy system, contraindications, healthy movement patterns.
Practicum Teaching : Each Student must actively participate in the process of teaching as well as observing and assisting in classes taught by others. This session also involves with getting feedback from students and giving feedback upon their teaching.
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers : Includes the in-depth study of yoga philosophy, yoga lifestyle, and ethics for yoga teachers.
